About Bruce Newman
Your Shorewest Real Estate Agent
I epitomize integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. I grew up in the Milwaukee area starting out as a technician for a local car dealership and I felt there something was missing and that was to help people. I then decided to work as a call center representative for a major health care insurance company and moved up quickly as a large client manager and then a data analyst for 10 years. When I bought my new home, I was so intrigued with the process and the client service that my family and I received from Shorewest, I felt it was my calling to pass this service forward to the community that I love.
Why I’m Different
Leveraging my experience as a large client manager and data analyst, I am known for outstanding client service, data analytics, high tech techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with my client’s best interest at heart. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process armed with the top-notch information and market insight, so that my clients make the best decisions possible. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things that may be difficult to hear, hardworking and knowledgeable about the real estate industry.
I Believe in Giving Back
My wife and I have been foster parents for a couple years and it has helped us grow and understand that there are some parents that struggle within our community. In fact, our youngest son, was a foster child who we were blessed to be able to adopt. As a child of a deaf father and a deaf and blind mother, I feel it’s important to give back through donations to the Milwaukee Center for the Deaf and Blind.
About my Family
My wife, Rebecca and I have two boys, Nathaniel and Robert. We enjoy camping, especially with our dog, Braun. It is relaxing time to cook and sit by the fire while watching the boys play in the woods. Our family are also frequent travelers to the Wisconsin Dells for the water parks. The bigger the better for Nathaniel and I, while Rebecca and Robert prefer the more family friendly rides. Family and friends are important to us. Every year, we host a Thanksgiving dinner with our friends the weekend after the holiday. This is a great time for all of us to catch up and enjoy each others company and we call this our annual “Friendsgiving”.
